Gently press the applicator barrel onto the neck of a Creme de la Femme tube, until you feel it snap into place. Squeeze the desired amount of cream into the barrel of the applicator. Then laying on your back (or standing with one foot up on the rim of your toilet or bathtub), gently insert the applicator into your vagina. Press the plunger to release product; and withdraw applicator. If you like, use your fingertip to apply a little extra to the outside tissue.
